The unit we got was well-equipped and fully furnished with spacious bathroom. Walk from a railway station, the location was ideal and comfortable, close to Massiko theatre. Had tea and goodies at Gelateria Tutto Gelato, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

The location was unbeatable and nice and just what we had hoped for, it was walk from a railway station. There was a nice restaurant and really helpful and super-friendly staff. We had double room which was brand-new, very comfy bed.

The double room is immaculate and has coffee/tea makers, a flat-screen TV, and a study table. Private bathroom is nice. The location is marvellous and brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed to be close to some leisure places, we've visited eateries and canteens.

The location was absolutely perfect for exploring this shopping area, short walk to a coffee shop as well as train station and major attraction area. I went to nearby Ristorante Indiano Taj and tried their local food. It was recently renovated, neat and with all comforts.

Thanks all for a fine stay at Real Rooms. Got newly remodelled, neat with a shower and a terrace plus a big bed. The pleasant onsite restaurant had a good choice of food.

Spotless, great food and lovely staff. Close to main street and a theatre that I wanted to see. It was located minutes from the train station in La Spezia. Small garden and excellent pool area. All in all a blissful hotel and special stay.

The location was favourable, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. Workers in this place were exceptionally nice, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. Also, the hotel was within walking distance of piazza garibaldi:)))
